Sometimes an organization needs help with something specific, unusual, or temporary that doesn't justify hiring another employee or engaging a large consulting firm. P2G Specialized Services provides a home for some of those needs. Our current specialized capabilities include FAA Part 107 drone services and embedded worker observations. Current Specialized Services
FAA PART 107 DRONE SERVICES
Sometimes the easiest way to understand a property, structure, or work area is to see it from above.
P2G can provide FAA Part 107 drone services for qualifying commercial and property-related needs, including:
- Aerial photography
- Aerial property documentation
- Basic visual observations
- Roof and exterior imagery
- Progress photography
- Hard-to-view area documentation
- Other qualifying aerial imaging needs
Note: Drone services are subject to location, airspace, weather, site conditions, flight restrictions, and the requested scope.
P2G can provide imagery and basic visual documentation. Specialized engineering inspections, surveying, mapping, thermal analysis, or other technical evaluations are currently outside the standard scope unless specifically supported by appropriate qualifications, software, and equipment.
EMBEDDED WORKER OBSERVATIONS

We’re all aware that people behave differently when they know they're being watched. Scheduled leadership visits, formal job walks, employee interviews, or typical workplace assessments can provide valuable information, but they don't always reveal what is happening during an ordinary workday when no one believes anyone is watching.
P2G's Embedded Worker Observations service provides an inside perspective. For appropriate assignments, a P2G representative is introduced into the work environment in a normal working role and operates right alongside the team without being identified to the workforce as an independent observer. The objective is to gain firsthand experience of the workplace culture from the inside. We work alongside employees, participate in normal activities within the established scope, listen to general conversations and interactions that naturally occur in the workplace, observe behaviors and working relationships, and develop an understanding of what the day-to-day environment is really like. Following the assignment, P2G provides the hiring client with a factual report of relevant observations.
WHAT CAN WE LOOK FOR?
Each assignment is unique and is built around the hiring clients concerns or suspensions. The service can be leveraged within many different levels of an organization. The appropriate placement and observation period really depend on what the client is trying to understand. Observation focus may include:
- How supervisors interact with employees
- How employees treat one another
- Whether certain employees or groups appear to be treated differently
- Workplace culture and team dynamics
- Leadership behaviors
- Communication between organizational levels
- Whether stated expectations match everyday practices
- How policies and procedures are actually applied in practice
- Frontline working conditions and employee experience
- Customer interactions
- Recurring behaviors or patterns identified during the assignment
OBSERVE, DON'T PROVOKE.
The observer's role is to experience and document naturally occurring workplace behavior. P2G does not attempt to manufacture situations, encourage inappropriate behavior, bait employees into misconduct, or create circumstances simply to see how someone responds. The purpose is to simply answer:
- What happens here when the team believes it's just another normal day at work?
REPORTING BACK
At the conclusion of the agreed observation period, P2G provides the hiring client with a report-out based on the assignment's objectives. Reporting may include:
- Factual observations
- Relevant interactions
- Recurring behaviors or patterns
- Differences between expected and observed practices
- Workplace or process concerns
- Positive behaviors worth recognizing
- Areas that may warrant additional review
- Opportunities for organizational improvement
Note: P2G reports what was observed. The hiring organization remains responsible for employment decisions, disciplinary actions, legal conclusions, and determining whether additional HR, legal, investigative, or other professional review is appropriate.

Step 2 > WE EVALUATE THE REQUEST
We'll determine whether the assignment fits P2G's capabilities and identify any safety, legal, privacy, regulatory, access, equipment, operational, or other considerations that need to be addressed. For Embedded Worker Observations, this includes understanding what the client wants to learn, where within the organization the observation would occur, the role P2G would perform, and the boundaries of the assignment.
Step 3 > WE DEFINE THE SCOPE
If P2G is an appropriate fit, we'll establish the objective, approach, boundaries, deliverables, scheduling, and pricing before beginning work.
