Sometimes getting people together is easy. Figuring out what everyone is going to do once they get there is the harder part. P2G Interactive Events brings small-group activities and pop-up experiences to homes, workplaces, churches, community spaces, backyards, and other appropriate locations. It might be a trivia night with coworkers, a family game night, an evening painting with friends, a murder mystery, or a movie under the stars. Nothing massive. Nothing overly complicated. Just another way to bring people together.

MYSTERY & THEMED EXPERIENCES
Turn the gathering into the activity. Murder mysteries, themed games, and other interactive group experiences can give participants roles, objectives, clues, or challenges to work through together.
OUTDOOR MOVIE NIGHTS
Turn a backyard, lawn, church parking lot, or other suitable outdoor space into a temporary movie night. P2G can provide the projector, screen, and audio equipment needed to make your event come together. Outdoor movie events may accommodate larger groups than other P2G interactive activities depending on the property, viewing area, equipment, and event requirements.

GROUP SIZE
Most P2G Interactive Events are designed for small groups, often between 10 to 20 participants. Some activities may accommodate smaller groups or even larger groups depending on the experience, location, and setup.
PRICING
Interactive Events are priced based on the selected experience, number of participants, materials, equipment, location, duration, facilitation requirements, and overall scope. Tell us about your group and what sounds fun, and we'll help determine the available options that might work best.
How It Works

Step 1 > TELL US ABOUT YOUR GROUP
Let us know what you're planning, approximately how many people will participate, the ages or general audience when relevant, the location, and when you'd like to get together.
Step 2 > CHOOSE AN EXPERIENCE
Already know you want trivia, painting, a murder mystery, or an outdoor movie? Great! Not sure what would work? Thanks fine too. Tell us about the group, their typical participation level, and we can discuss options.
Step 3 > WE WORK OUT THE DETAILS
We'll confirm the activity, space requirements, materials, equipment, setup, participant needs, and what P2G will provide.
Step 4 > GET EVERYONE TOGETHER
We'll bring the activity or equipment, help get things set up, and provide the level of facilitation appropriate for the experience, then it's time to have some fun!
Step 5 > WE READ THE ROOM
We'll work from the plan while reading the room, adjusting the music and energy as appropriate for the people attending your event.

Service Area: P2G Interactive Events are based in Bakersfield and primarily serve Bakersfield, Kern County, and surrounding communities. Availability depends on the activity, group size, location, materials, equipment requirements, and scheduling.
