The objective isn't to arrive with a clipboard looking for violations. Look at how employees reach, access, operate, inspect, and maintain equipment or work areas, including walking paths, access points, housekeeping, waste accumulation, and other conditions that can affect every day work.

INCIDENT LEARNING SUPPORT

Act an additional resource to help gather information, ask questions, and support basic incident-learning activities such as 5 Why analysis or learning teams for appropriate events.

Depending on the assignment, we'll observe the work, walk the area, talk with employees, ask questions, and document relevant observations.

Step 4 > WE SHARE WHAT WE FIND

We'll provide practical observations, feedback, and potential improvement opportunities based on the agreed scope. When appropriate, P2G can also remain involved to help support follow-up actions or connect identified opportunities with our Process Improvement or Digital Transformation services.

IS P2G A REPLACEMENT FOR OUR HSE DEPARTMENT?

No. This service is intended to provide supplemental support and an additional field perspective. P2G works alongside managers, supervisors, employees, and existing HSE professionals.
DO YOU PERFORM REGULATORY COMPLIANCE AUDITS?

While we can certainly assist in conducting audits, this service is not intended as a comprehensive regulatory compliance audit service. P2G may identify observations or concerns during field activities, but specialized regulatory interpretation or formal compliance determinations may require additional qualified resources.
DO YOU INVESTIGATE SERIOUS INCIDENTS?

Potentially. Spreadsheets can be excellent tools, but sometimes they gradually become responsible for processes they were never intended to manage. We can evaluate how the spreadsheet is being used and whether the process would benefit from a different approach.
CAN YOU HELP IMPLEMENT IMPROVEMENTS YOU IDENTIFY?

Potentially. Straightforward follow-up can be included in the engagement. Broader workflow or organizational opportunities may also transition into P2G's Process Improvement / Optimization or Digital Transformation / Integration services.
